Experience the True Taste of Nashville with
The Countrypolitan’s Farm-to-Table Initiative

At The Countrypolitan, we believe that a chef’s role extends beyond the kitchen; it’s about connecting guests with the stories, flavors, and heritage that make a city’s cuisine truly special. Nashville’s culinary history is rich — think hot chicken, meat-and-threes, and barbecue — but we’re taking it a step further by bringing the freshest local ingredients to your plate.

We’ve partnered with boutique farms in our neighborhood to showcase the true roots of Nashville cuisine. By collaborating with niche producers, we’re able to offer exclusive ingredients that have never been brought to Nashville before, like citrus from Tennessee’s first and only orchard, limited small-batch cheeses crafted by local artisans, and farm-grown chestnuts that are helping to rebuild endangered forests.

Our rotating Field & Fork menu is a celebration of local, sustainable, organic, and unprocessed ingredients, creatively transformed into unique seasonal dishes that surprise and delight. Here’s a taste of what’s coming:

  • October: Curry pumpkin & chorizo empanadas with cilantro lime crema

  • November: Crispy Berkshire pork fries with Meyer lemon honey mustard

  • December: Roasted chestnut, apple, and duck confit pies

As the restaurant continues to network with local farms, you’ll always find something new and exciting on our menu, designed to connect with locals and visitors alike.

In a time when food recalls, contamination, environmental impact, and preservatives are common issues with "big box" food suppliers, The Countrypolitan is committed to getting back to the roots of the food that helped shape Nashville into the great city it is today.

Join us in celebrating the true flavors of Nashville—one dish at a time.
